We want VaultLMS to be the right fit. If it is not, we offer a money-back guarantee on your initial purchase: within 30 days of an initial annual purchase, or within 15 days of an initial monthly purchase, email support@vaultlms.com from your account address and we will refund the charge in full.
Most refund requests trace back to a setup or compatibility question our support team can solve quickly — and access to support is part of what you paid for. We ask that you open a support request first so we can try to fix the issue; if we can't, we will process the refund without friction.
Subscriptions renew automatically, and for annual plans we send a reminder email before the renewal charge. If a renewal goes through that you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of the renewal date and we will refund the renewal charge and cancel the subscription.
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not by itself trigger a refund; your license remains active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds happen only under this policy.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method in the original transaction currency. Bank transaction fees or currency-conversion differences between the purchase date and the refund date are outside our control and are not covered.
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or license-key violations.
